Suggestion
This proposal is very welcomed. However, 147% projected enrolment at Shannen Koostachin remains a concern. What other factors/considerations could be put into place? What about utilizing Tapleytown, allowing families to transfer to the new Tapleytown once built. Or, allowing residents of Binbrook, who currently attend Shannen Koostachin, to choose to attend Bellmore (until a new school is built in Binbrook) to further alleviate the number of enroled students at Shannen Koostachin.

Suggestion
The targeted 2028 goal to meet utilization of 147% (Shannen Koostachin) vs. 111% (Gatestone) is not enough. Being proactive, the boundary should be further reviewed to get these two schools closer in utilization.
