Cut the number of Superintendents and Board office jobs or the perks of food at principal meetings.

Suggestion
The Lifecyle outlined does not clearly indicate when non-teaching staffing, or staffing that is not connected to the CORE funding, is confirmed. It would helpful if this were more clearly outlined.

"School based staffing" is quite general and unclear. It would helpful to refer to teaching vs non-teaching positions.
